How to Verify an Overseas Recruitment Caravan: DMW, Contract at Scam Checks

EDITOR'S NOTE

DOCUMENT PACK AT PERSONAL-DATA SAFETY

• Updated resume na malinaw ang job title, employer, dates, duties, equipment, at years of experience.

• Employment certificates, training records, trade licenses, language credentials, at relevant skills evidence.

1. Sino ang legal employer at saan eksaktong worksite?

2. Ano ang official job title at normal duties sa isang working day?

3. Magkano ang basic salary, currency, pay period, overtime rate, at expected deductions?

BAYARIN AT SCAM RED FLAGS

Humingi ng itemized fee breakdown, official receipt, at pangalan ng legal payee.

Mag-ingat kapag:

• Guaranteed deployment kahit walang interview, skills assessment, o written contract.

Magkakaiba ang work permit, medical, language, licensing, insurance, tax, at employment rules.
